  • 1. All Mandalas are handmade.

    Making intricate, geometrical & symmetrical patterns, from hand takes incredible focus, precision & patience, not to mention time. All orders are 1st come, 1st serve. Matlack's Mandalas will alert you once your mandala has gone into production.

  • 2. Handmade items, made to order can take time to produce & there is potential for small delays.

    With this being emphasized, please have patience. Matlack's Mandalas will fulfill your order, as soon as possible. And Lump's will handle emailing your tracking number, once shipped. Please direct any inquiries to this channel, using contact form below.

  • 3. If you'd like a free estimate from Matlack for custom work, please make your inquiry below.

    All commissioned pieces require securing the artist's services with a nonrefundable deposit of 25%. When making your inquiry, please specify any visions you have for the mandala, or particular personalizations you'd like. Artist will confirm their price. If you agree, we will send you a payment request for the deposit & your order would moved to a reserved status, till production.
