Custom Artwork Requirements

1.) Products we can personalize for you:
- Tees
- Sweatshirts
- Slaps
- Kicks
- Poster Prints
- Canvas Prints
- Pint/Shot/Rock Glasses
- Coffee Mugs
- Vanity Plates
- Promotional Materials
- Plus so much more!
2.) No Copyright Infringement
We will not incorporate nor furnish band logos, nor band member's facial likenesses.
3.) No Inappropriate and/or Explicit Materials
Project request must not contain inappropriate, offensive, racist, sexist or demeaning subject matter of any kind. We reserve the right to refuse any projects/requests, we deem meeting this criteria.
4.) Feasibility
We reserve the right to decline requests proving overly difficult to execute. If we accept retainer & are ultimately unable to provide the results, we will provide customer with full refund, minus Lump's time spent on project, along w/any transaction fees incurred processing refund.
5.) Retainer & Purchasing Custom Artwork
To commission Lump's custom services, we require a limited refundable retainer--half of the project's cost up front & half upon completion of the commissioned work. We will issue aforementioned refunds, only in the event of feasibility issues, or client's potential rejection of proposed custom artwork/proof. Otherwise, retainers are nonrefundable.
6.) Completion of Custom Artwork
Client is provided a proof-copy of artwork. If approved, final production is initiated & the retainer becomes nonrefundable, along w/final payment due before production is initiated. Final payment includes shipping. Additional sales tax may apply for PA residents. All commissioned custom works will not enter production, without payment in full being completed.
7.) Additional Details
*All retainers & commissions for custom work and/or applicable refund transactions are handled strictly through Venmo. Details/link will be provided at time of commissioning project.
*We may use non-identifiable components, elements, themes and/or concepts portrayed in the customization in other art projects, donuts, etc. Lump's Heady Donuts ultimately retains intellectual property over all donuts we create.
*Unless specified, depending on the product, we have a minimum order quantity of at least (2) units, for custom orders.
